JOIN US FOR LUNCH AT MAGGIANO’S,

At 11:30 am, on Friday, September 26, 2014, California Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse (CALA) is hosting a Small Business Summit
for an exclusive legislative briefing from Assemblyman Matt Dababneh. The Summit will feature the Assemblyman’s efforts to help small businesses avoid abusive lawsuits associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act and help create a more business friendly legal environment for California businesses.

Learn how Assemblyman Dababneh is working to protect businesses against abusive lawsuits, eliminate the economic burden that can cost jobs and ultimately cause our businesses to leave the Golden State or close their doors altogether.

California Citizens Against Lawsuit supporters and friends are invited to share their experiences with lawsuit abuse with the Assemblyman. During the past 20 years, CALA has diligently and successfully fought for reforms to end abusive and frivolous lawsuits which so often clog our courts, restrain our state’s growth and cost jobs. We spearheaded the “Yes on Prop 64 Campaign to Stop Shakedown Lawsuits.” We have been at the forefront of reforms to end abuse of the Americans With Disabilities Act. We are supporting reforms to Proposition 65 and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Complimentary lunch will be provided. Please RSVP via phone (949)-375-0856 or email maryann@maryannmaloney.com.
