High Intensity Interval Training group exercise class. 60 min class for all fitness levels. First class is FREE
Training technique where you give 100% effort thru quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery period.This training gets and keeps your heart rate up to burn more fat in less time.
Classes vary and may include the following:
Strength, endurance and stability training • Cardio • Suspension training • Kettlebell Dumbbells • Squats • Lunges
