Motorcyclist Dies, Crashing into Vehicle Making a U-Turn

A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a vehicle in the Woodland Hills area, a traffic sergeant said today.

The crash was reported at 9:50 p.m. Monday at Winnetka Avenue and Victory Boulevard, said Sgt. Russell Carr of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division.

“The motorcyclist collided with a vehicle making a U-turn,” Carr said. “The motorcyclist was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead. The vehicle driver was arrested for DUI,” he said.
