SoCal Superfood Concept Opens First L.A. location in Westlake Village

Bowl of Heaven to open newest location in Westlake Village

Bowl of Heaven, the innovative California-based concept that serves up healthy acai bowls, superfruit smoothies and cold pressed juices, has opened its first Los Angeles location in the upscale neighborhood of Westlake Village. The new location, in the Shoppes at Westlake Village, offers Bowl of Heaven’s full menu and signature proprietary health blends.

Bowl of Heaven serves made-to-order bowls of frozen nutrient and antioxidant-rich superfruits, such as the açaí berry and gac fruit, blended together with a customer’s choice of fruit and vegetables. Served in the form of a convenient and nutritious meal replacement or healthy frozen snack, Bowl of Heaven’s products emphasize a commitment to clean eating and attainable, high quality nutrition. Westlake Village residents will now be able to enjoy easy access to bowls and juices packed with antioxidants, vitamins, proteins and omegas, all under 500 calories.

“What makes us different is our commitment to the nutrition and health of our guests,” says Brandon Beazer, co-founder of Bowl of Heaven. “We serve the highest quality of fresh, frozen, and exotic superfoods on earth. No ice, dairy or sugars are ever added to any of our blends. All of our ingredients are natural, vegan and plant based, including our protein boosts and proprietary MAQ7 Anti-Oxidant Superfruit blend. Our customers can taste, and feel, the Bowl of Heaven difference.”

Developed by Brandon Beazer and his father-in-law Dan McCormick after a visit to Hawaii, Bowl of Heaven’s vision was to fill a demand for healthful and exotic snacks in California’s mainstream food market. Since the opening of their first location in Orange County in 2010, Bowl of Heaven has received significant popularity and success, prompting regional and national expansion. Over the next year, Bowl of Heaven and its franchisees plan to open 15-20 more locations across Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, the San Francisco Bay Area and further into regional Las Vegas area. Planned Southern California locations include Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, Tustin and El Segundo.
