Colorado Coronavirus Update: More Than 3,000 New Cases Reported
Coronavirus cases have "plateaued" in Colorado, Gov. Jared Polis announced Tuesday.

Since Thursday, more than 3,000 new cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Colorado, according to public health data.
As of Tuesday, 48,394 people have been infected with the coronavirus in our state among 552,205 people who have been tested since the outbreak began, health officials confirmed. Around 6,516 people have been hospitalized, and the death toll has reached 1,710.
Coronavirus cases have “plateaued” in Colorado, Gov. Jared Polis announced in a news conference Tuesday. But the governor urged Coloradans to continue wearing masks and adhering to social distancing guidelines so that our state doesn't see a spike in cases.
