Colorado Coronavirus Update: More Than 5,300 New Cases Reported
The state has seen a surge of coronavirus cases over the past several weeks, public health officials said.

Over the past week, 5,385 new cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Colorado, according to public health data.
At least 15 counties are at risk of shifting to tighter restrictions on the state's COVID-19 Dial.
The surge has been seen across Denver's metro region as many people understandably experience "COVID-19 fatigue," health officials said. Many of the new cases have been linked to private gatherings.
