Bernie Sanders has a double-digit lead in Colorado's Democratic primary, a new poll shows. Behind him are Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Michael Bloomberg and Joe Biden, respectively.

The survey, which was conducted by Colorado firm Magellan Strategies Monday and Tuesday, shows Sanders in the lead at 27 percent. Warren came in second at 15 percent, and the following candidates trailed:

  • Buttigieg - 12 percent
  • Bloomberg - 11 percent
  • Biden - 11 percent
  • Amy Klobuchar - 6 percent
  • Tom Steyer - 1 percent
  • Tulsi Gabbard - 1 percent

In the poll, 500 Democratic and Unaffiliated voters were called over their cell phones and landlines. The survey results were "slightly weighted" to reflect the demographics of past Democratic primary elections in Colorado, Magellan Strategies said.

Another poll conducted earlier this week by Data for Progress shows Sanders ahead in Colorado:

  • Sanders - 34
  • Warren - 20
  • Buttigieg - 14
  • Bloomberg - 14
  • Biden - 10
  • Klobuchar - 6

"Sanders continues to perform extremely strongly with voters under 45, with a majority of these younger voters in each state supporting him," read a post by Data for Progress. "His vote lead is substantially larger in both states among voters with their minds made up and voters who are extremely enthusiastic about their vote choice."
