Estes Park Wildfire Burns At Popular Hiking Area
BREAKING: A 2-alarm blaze is burning at the McGraw Ranch Road in Rocky Mountain National Park.

ESTES PARK, CO -- A two-alarm wildfire is burning in Estes Park near the McGraw Ranch Road, firefighters announced Wednesday morning. The Estes Valley Fire Department (an all-volunteer organization) is getting assistance from the Rocky Mountain Fire & Rescue, Loveland and Glen Haven fire departments.
McGraw Ranch is a popular Rocky Mountain National Park hiking destination for tourists. The National Park Service advised hikers to avoid the area as the blaze is fought.

Estes units are currently operating on a wildfire off McGraw Ranch Road. The fire is currently a second alarm, bringing mutual aid from Rocky Mountain, Loveland, and Glen Haven. We will post more information when available.
