Google Tools Boost Colorado Businesses
The company's annual economic impact report released Wednesday says 40,000 businesses in the state use Google's advertising tools.

You can Google it. Tens of thousands of Colorado businesses and nonprofits use Google's advertising tools, helping them generate billions of dollars in economic activity. That's according to the annual economic impact report released by the tech giant on Wednesday.
According to Google, 40,000 businesses using tools such as AdWords and AdSense last year generated $2.88 billion in economic activity in the state.
As a result of the activity, $23.9 million in free advertising was provided to nonprofits in the state.

Google also says that they employ more than 650 people in Colorado with campuses in Boulder and Thornton.

The company has already announced plans to expand in Boulder where they are working on renovating 3333 Walnut Street.
