FORT MORGAN, CO — Residents in a northeast Colorado trailer park said their landlord sent them a notice that claims their rent would "most likely" double if Joe Biden wins the presidential election, according to a 9News report.

"IF the current President is re-elected, WE WILL NOT RAISE THE RENT FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS," the letter read.

"Voting is your choice and we are not telling you how to vote. We are just informing our tenants what we will do according to the election results."
