Man Shot Multiple Times In Colorado Springs

Police said a man survived multiple gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a Colorado Springs apartment complex.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -- Police said a man was shot multiple times Monday night in Colorado Springs, but survived and was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Around 11:09 p.m. police were summoned to the 200 block of North Murray Boulevard to investigate a reported shooting, according to a police statement.

They found a man in the parking lot of the apartment building with several gunshot wounds. Witnesses told police a car sped away from the scene with lights off. Officers checked the area, but were unable to find the car or any suspects. Police said the case is still ongoing.
