2 Die, 1 Injured In Arvada House Fire

Two people have died after a house fire broke out Wednesday in Arvada, fire officials said.

ARVADA, CO — Two people have died and another was injured in a house fire early Wednesday morning in northwest Arvada, officials said.

The fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. at West 71st Avenue and Swadley Circle. By around 2:45 a.m., Arvada fire reported the fire was out and an investigation was underway.

Three people were hospitalized, but two later died, officials said.

Two other people were initially unaccounted for, but they have since been found, according to the Arvada Fire Protection District. It's unknown whether they suffered injuries.
