Arvada July 4th Fireworks At Stenger Sports Stadium: 2018 Guide

Arvada continues a tradition since 1979 of a spectacular fireworks display on the 4th of July.

ARVADA, CO – This year's Independence Day celebration at Stenger Sports Complex in Arvada will be scaled down to a fireworks display ONLY at around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4 at West 58th Avenue and Oak Street. The city's Festivals Commission said costs for security and parking were too high and they found it difficult to find enough interest among volunteers and food vendors.

The Stenger Sports Complex fireworks display is a tradition since 1979, the city said.
