Arvadans Urged To Build Resilient Neighborhoods Amid Coronavirus
A list of important neighborhood-building tips have been issued to Arvada residents.
ARVADA, CO — Arvada community groups, businesses and officials are urging their neighbors to continue forging strong social connections while adhering to social distancing guidelines amid the new coronavirus outbreak.
The city is urging residents to create 'resilient neighborhoods' with phone trees, group messages and "regular check ins to make sure everyone has what they need." Community members can use the city's Talent Bank tool to help.
Once you have everyone's contact information, determine what their needs are, officials said.
