City Of Arvada Launches Development Projects Interactive Map

ARVADA, CO — Arvada officials have launched a new, interactive online map, where residents can view a list of developments that are under review. The online tool is designed to make it easier for community members to learn about projects.

The map is divided into four categories:

• Upcoming public hearings;
• Applications under review;
• Projects under construction; and
• Variances.

Properties that are under review and pending approval through a public hearing are required by Arvada's Land Development code to be posted with a sign. All adjacent property owners, within 500 feet, must also be notified.

Certain types of development projects, such as minor modifications, vacating street or sidewalk right-of-way, and some site plan reviews are not included in the lists, officials said.
