The Colorado Symphony Salutes Mozart In Arvada

ARVADA, CO – The Colorado Symphony will celebrate the career of beloved classical composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart for one night only Friday July 6 at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, 6901 Wadsworth Blvd.

"Mozart Under Moonlight" will feature Australian-born Associate Conductor Christopher Dragon leading the orchestra with highlights from the composer's concerto, operatic, and symphonic repertoire.

The concert will featureChristie Conover, soprano and Schmitt Music Piano Competition Winner Anna Damerau on the piano. The performance will last 1 hour and 22 minutes with a 20 minute intermission.

• Overture from Cosi fan tutte
• Piano Concerto in A Major, K. 488

Allegro - 11

• Exsultate Jubilate
• Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550

Tickets are $30-$50 in the covered seating, and $20 for lawn seats. Doors open at 6:30, concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
