Coronavirus Update In Arvada: Latest Cases, Deaths By County
Here's a look at the number of new coronavirus cases in Adams and Jefferson counties.

ARVADA, CO — According to government data published Wednesday afternoon, there were 260 cases of the new coronavirus in Adams County, and 385 cases in Jefferson County.

According to government data posted Thursday afternoon, there were 3,728 cases of the new coronavirus in Colorado among 20,411 people who have been tested. There were 710 people hospitalized, and 97 deaths were confirmed.
In a news conference Wednesday, Polis called COVID-19 "the most serious global pandemic since the great influenza in 1918."
"The coronavirus is extremely contagious, that's why it's spreading like wildfire," he said.
