More Than 200 Businesses Are 'Safe And Open' In Arvada

ARVADA, CO — The Arvada Chamber of Commerce has released a comprehensive list of which local businesses have taken the 'Safe and Open' pledge — a campaign that was developed to help restore the local economy amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Launched by the Arvada Resiliency Taskforce, the initiative "is not regulatory or punitive in nature," the chamber said.

"In support of the State of Colorado's Safer at Home plan, the business community of Arvada stands ready to move towards a thriving economic environment once again, while protecting against the renewed spread of coronavirus," a chamber public message read.

Before taking the pledge, businesses are required to review sector-specific guidelines under Colorado's Safer at Home order.
