Registration Opens For Jeffco Restarts State Of Education Meeting
The Arvada Chamber of Commerce is hosting Jeffco education leaders in a virtual event Friday.
ARVADA, CO — A Jeffco Public Schools State of Education community meeting is being held Friday to help Arvadans plan for a return to school in August. Hosted by the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, the virtual community breakfast is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
"Join us to hear from local education leaders about in-person and remote learning, health and safety protocols, logistics of providing technology and meals, efforts around anti-racism, and the budget for PPE and school restart costs," the chamber said.

Jeffco Public Schools announced Wednesday a plan for all grades to return to in-person learning for the 2020-2021 school year. The plan includes "100 percent" in-person learning, five days a week, for grades PreK through 12, district officials said. All grades will also have the option of remote learning.
