- Highway 287 considered for bus rapid transit system. The study was spearheaded by Boulder County and the City and County of Broomfield in hopes of developing a plan that will use the corridor as a transportation spine. Estimates to complete the full scope envisioned is projected to cost hundreds of millions of dollars. (Yahoo!)
- A Boulder family makes it their mission to save children from fentanyl. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment indicates 40 people under the age of 18 died of overdoses in the past year. One family is stepping up to help stem the tide. (Patch)
- Boulder City Council mostly supportive of the 2023 budget plan. The city's $513.5 million proposed 2023 budget is focused on infrastructure projects, wildfire resiliency and solutions for homelessness. (CO Daily)
- Boulder-based company settles with the Department of Justice for $625,000. Dr. Zhong Zou, the owner of Instec, Inc., will pay a fine as part of the allegations that the company violated the False Claims Act. (U.S. DOJ)
- Hill crime spree perpetrator captured. The Boulder Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male on Thursday, who they believe is connected to a series of burglaries and sexual contacts in the University Hill neighborhood. (9News)

- Boulder County bicycle map is now available. The updated version of Boulder County's bicycle map was released by the county's Transportation Division on Thursday. (CO Daily)
