  1. Anti-CU South group threatens to sue Boulder over ballot language. The group that submitted the referendum, Repeal CU South Annexation, wants the city to change the ballot's language, but so far, the City of Boulder is refusing to make the changes they are demanding. (Reporting Lab)

  5. Judge blocks Boulder County's gun ban. The judge overseeing the Rocky Mountain Gun Owners lawsuit against Boulder County's recent gun control rules, which includes a ban on assault weapons, has approved a temporary restraining order against the measure. (CPR)
