Baumgardner Retains Seat Following Vote Against Expulsion

COLORADO -- Colorado’s Republican-led Senate debated a resolution on whether to expel Sen. Randy Baumgardner on Monday.
The Senate voted against expelling a GOP senator accused of inappropriately touching a former legislative aide.
