- Boulder's City Council considers expanded inclusionary housing program. The City of Boulder is considering how to update the existing inclusive housing program that would provide additional dollars for affordable options for middle-income residents. (Real Property)

- Pedestrian Underpasses on 30th Street getting closer to completion. Construction is progressing on the 30th St. and Colorado Avenue bike and pedestrian underpass. You can check out drone footage here: (Boulder)
- Bike Trails open: All Erie Singletrack Trails at Sunset Open Space are open as of Friday, Oct. 28. Some trails may still be muddy so please be cautions while riding in these areas. (BMA)
