Boulder County Officials Warn Of Possible Compromised Vaccines
People who received a flu shot from a Target store on Hover Street in Longmont are asked to check about the potency of the shots.
BOULDER COUNTY, CO — Boulder County health officials have posted a warning about potentially compromised vaccines. If you received a flu shot in Longmont at Target, 551 S. Hover St., the potency of the shots may have been low.
The shots were not harmful; however they may be ineffective at protecting people from the flu, according to Boulder County Public Health.
A pharmacist at the Target told the Longmont Times-Call that anyone who received the flu shot at her pharmacy should phone the store and speak to a manager about what their next step should be.
