This month’s cooks:
Franklin Escobar (with @familiapupusas) and his aunt will be making spinach and cheese pupusas. Pupusas are the most well-known Salvadorian dish: a hand-made stuffed tortilla that you serve with curtido (coleslaw) and tomato salsa. They are 100% gluten-free.
