Boulder Teen Arrested For Indecent Exposure: Police

Police in Boulder say they arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of indecent exposure earlier this month.

BOULDER, CO — Police in Boulder arrested a 16-year-old boy on charges of indecent exposure, according to a news release.

Police said they were called to a home on MacArthur Drive on Dec. 9 after a resident reported someone looking into a home while masturbating. The suspect ran and officers found him hiding under a car, according to the news release.

The teen was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, and one of obstructing a peace officer.

Police say the teen faces five additional charges of indecent exposure, as he has been linked "to similar incidents in the same area dating back to March."

Denver Police are still investigating; anyone with information related to the case is asked to call police dispatch at (303) 441-3333 and speak with Detective Hartkopp, referencing cases 21-05932, 21-07299, 21-11332, and 21-11760, police said.
