Settle into fall with yoga, tea, and clay for the season of turning inward.

As the days grow shorter and nature turns inward, we’re invited to do the same. Release, Receive, Root is a gentle, grounding evening to let go of what you no longer need, open to what nourishes you, and give form to what you want to grow this season.

No experience with yoga or ceramics needed. Just come as you are.

Release: Mindful Yoga & Sound
Ease into the evening with 45 minutes of gentle, meditative yoga led by Innovative Yogis. Slow stretches, mindful breathing, and restorative stillness invite you to soften tension and let go of what you’re ready to leave behind. We’ll finish with an extended savasana, a restful lying-down meditation accompanied by a mini sound bath, creating space to welcome the season’s changes. No yoga experience needed.

Receive: Herbal Tea Ceremony
Gather in a circle for a tea ceremony led by Lianne VanWagner. Sip a warming herbal blend chosen for the season as we slow down, savor the moment, and set a simple intention for what we’d like to welcome in. A gentle pause between movement and making.

Root: Mini Clay Altar Building
Bring your intention to life in clay. Guided by Bridget Dorr, you’ll hand-build a small altar to hold what you’re calling in this season. Your piece will be kiln fired and ready for pickup 2 to 3 weeks after the event, a lasting reminder to tend what you’ve planted.

What’s included:

  • Guided yoga and mini sound bath
  • Herbal tea ceremony and light snacks
  • All clay and materials for your mini altar
  • Kiln firing, with pickup 2 to 3 weeks after the event (we’ll reach out when it’s ready)
