BOULDER COUNTY, CO — An evacuation order has been issued for Lyons Park Estates as the Calwood Fire continues to burn in Boulder County.

The Boulder County Sheriff's Office made the decision to issue the order "out of an abundance of caution," officials said.

As of Wednesday, the CalWood Fire was not moving north or northeast; however winds were expected to increase overnight and fire officials said they want to avoid the evacuation of residents in the middle of the night.
