- Barnes and Noble bookstore employee stabbed by customer. On Thursday afternoon, an employee at the Boulder Barnes and Noble was stabbed after a confrontation with a customer. The worker was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. (FOX31)
- CU Boulder scientists are helping keep space clean. Scientists and engineers at the University of Colorado are working on ways to mitigate risks of damage to space craft that are circling the earth and developing technologies that can track and remove space debris. Even designing spacecraft and satellites to be more resistant to collisions. (9News)
- Wellness center at Monarch High School helping students with the fallout from the Marshall Fire. The center is providing resources and referrals and other support services, such as financial assistance or housing support for students and their families who have been directly affected by the fire. - Vehicle collides with train near 63rd and the Diagonal Highway. A vehicle collision with a train occurred near Boulder on Wednesday evening, resulting in one hospitalization and severe damage to the vehicle that was struck. (Out There)
