  1. Boulder County Wildfire Fund receives $500,000 donation from King Soopers. The Community Foundation Boulder County operates the fund, and has provided millions in direct financial assistance to people who lost their homes and workers who lost wages. Store officials announced the donation during the Table Mesa reopening on Wednesday. (CO Daily)
  2. Steve Fenberg set to be next Colorado Senate president. The Boulder County Democrat was selected as the new Senate majority leader. Fenberg was the only candidate nominated. (CO Sun)
  3. Louisville's new green building codes are hitting fire victims in the pocketbook. The increased costs are making Marshall Fire victims' tempers overflow, as the cost of rebuilding homes goes through the roof. (CPR)
  4. People that live in Boulder are more likely to be concerned about climate change than most. Climate change is a deeply divisive issue, and the debate continues to rage about who is responsible and whether or not the government should step in to mitigate the crisis. A study shows which side of the debate people in Boulder fall. (FOX31)
  5. A year after the East Troublesome fire, some residents still don't have housing. The fire destroyed 366 homes in Grand County, some that lost their homes still haven't been able to find an affordable place to rent or buy in the area. (CPR)
