Co-Working Space My Salon Suite Opens In Louisville

LOUISVILLE, CO — The franchise MY SALON Suite has opened in Christopher Plaza near downtown Louisville. The new co-working space, at 1075 E. South Boulder Road, spans about 4,000 square feet and houses 21 private suites for a variety of independent health and beauty professionals.

Tracy Ulmer and Natalie Sperr, longtime friends and now multi-unit business owners, opened their first MY SALON Suite location in Westminster in February 2018. The duo will be using their combined expertise and background in operating a successful salon suite to assist a new group of beauty professionals, including hairstylists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and estheticians reach their full career potential, the pair said.

“The health and beauty professionals who work out of our Westminster location have really turned the space into their own community,” Ulmer said in a statement. “It is what motivated us to bring a location to the Louisville community of beauticians and cosmetologists. They now have access to an exceptional space that will allow their business to grow while also being able to learn from the other professionals around them.”

Ulmer and Sperr are recruiting and leasing suites to a variety of established beauty and health professionals. Members are offered local and national marketing support, business operations support, all suite and building maintenance, and support with business development, among other services. Members also have access to Square, a scheduling, point-of-sale platform used in the salon and spa industry.

“The Louisville community will now have one place they can go to receive high quality services from some of the top beauty professionals in the area,” Sperr said. “We are very excited to support our new members and see their businesses thrive.”
