  2. Open space closure: The South side of Heil Valley Ranch will be closed through Spring 2022. This is a result from the Cal-Wood burn. The potential for significant and dangerous flooding during the fall could create unsafe impacts to park amenities, roads, and downstream communities and visitors to the open space.
