- Downtown Boulder's annual Switch on the Holidays event has huge turn out. - Marshall Fire first responders honored in Louisville ceremony. The first responders appreciation event was held at the Louisville Middle School on Saturday afternoon. It was organized to thank those that helped out during last years' Marshall Fire. (FOX31)
- Demand is high and resources are stretched thin, as nonprofit distributes food to hundreds for upcoming holiday. - Where do baby carrots come from? The baby carrot is a fairly new invention. After seeing more than half his crop tossed due to odd shaped carrots in the mid-1980s, Mike Yurosek and his son Dave, came up with the idea to cut and peel those rejected carrots and turn them into baby carrots. The rest is history. (CBS News)
