  1. University of Colorado launches two electric Buff Buses to serve the campus. Using funds received from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Diesel Emissions Reduction Act grant program, the university bought two electric buses that are hitting the streets this week. (CU Today)
  2. Suspect that had barricaded himself in Boulder apartment ID'd. What started as a hostage situation in north Boulder ends in the arrest of John Lee Fleming, 56, who is being held on numerous counts including: second degree assault, menacing and resisting arrest. (9News)
  3. Avian flu outbreak has killed more than 4.7 million birds in Colorado. The avian flu is contagious and has a near 100 percent mortality rate in poultry. In some instances, entire flocks have been euthanized when it's discovered. (CBS)
  4. Polis visits Club Q site in Colorado Springs. Gov. Jared Polis visited the memorial for the five people that were killed and the 17 that were wounded, when a gunman opened fire on a busy Saturday night. The memorial was set up after the Nov. 19 shooting at the gay night club. (KDVR)
  5. Southern Colorado COVID-19 spike has national park requiring masks. The Great Sand Dunes National Park is once again requiring that visitors wear masks in buildings, as COVID-19 numbers continue to rise in southern Colorado counties. (FOX31)
