  1. It's official, the EPA has downgraded Front Range ozone levels. With the region now being a "severe"ozone violator, a whole new set of rules kick in to reduce pollution, including a requirement of a more expensive reformulated gasoline. The State of Colorado claims it can meet air quality goals without fuel reformulation. (CDPHE)
  2. Three die in midair plane crash in Boulder County. The crash happened Saturday morning. near the Vance Brand Airport in Longmont. A single-engine Cessna 172, with a student pilot and a flight instructor, collided with motorized a glider. (Patch)
  3. Cyclists counting their bicycle rides up Lookout mountain. Chuck Haraway, the 74-year-old cyclist, has pedaled Lookout Mountain 3,429 times, and counting. (Denverite)
  4. States that rely on Colorado River water still don't have a plan as major cuts loom. As the The Colorado River continues to dry up, basin states were supposed to craft a plan on how to adapt to the reduction in supply. Yet, even 30 days after a federal deadline passed, there still no comprehensive solution to the problem. (CPR)
  5. Denver International Airport is one of the 10 'worst' airports in the U.S. Frommer's recently announced their 2022 the "worst" airports list. Airports on the list were ranked based on variety of aiport-related issues, including flight delays, security wait times, customer satisfaction surveys, and expert reviews. (FOX31)
