Flower Child Restaurant Opening In Boulder: Hiring 80

The vegan- friendly fast-casual restaurant will host a job fair with on-the-spot interviews for the next two weeks.

BOULDER, CO – Flower Child, a health-food fast-casual restaurant will open in Boulder in August, and they're looking to hire around 80 employees.

The restaurant will host a two-week "hiring fair" at 2580 Arapahoe Ave. in the Arapahoe Shopping Center in Boulder from Jul. 30- Aug. 4 and Aug. 6 - 11, the company said in a statement.

The company's looking for servers, prep cooks, line cooks, cashiers, fast-casual servers and dishwashers and will interview on the spot. Hospitality majors or University of Colorado students interested in learning the restaurant business are especially encouraged to apply.

Menu items at the restaurant include vegan options and millennial fave avocado toast (with hard boiled eggs) for $7.

Flower Child is part of the Sam Fox Restaurant Concepts group that runs 50 restaurants in six states with 4,000 employees. Other locations for Flower Child restaurants include Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas. This will be the first location in Colorado.
