- Boulder moving forward with gun legislation. Boulder City Council is queuing up a new ordinance that will likely limit magazines, ban bump stocks and and raise the age of firearms possession to 21. A public hearing is scheduled on the measure for June 7. (CO Daily)
- How wastewater can be repurposed, recycled and reused. Boulder's wastewater treatment workers see sewage as something to recycle, in a similar way that we recycle aluminum and paper. (Yellow Scene)
- Police impersonator targeting women in Boulder County. The impersonator's motive hasn't yet been discovered by law enforcement, but it could be an attempt to scam women out of money, get their personal information, or something more sinister. (9News)
- Big Red F opening Velvet Elk Lounge on Sunday. The company that brought you JAX Fish House, the West End Tavern, and Centro Mexican Kitchen is launching a music venue and lounge. (World News)
- Mobile home residents may get the help they weren't asking for. What was most sought was rent stabilization, but that got nixed from the bill early on. There's hope that the other items included in the new legislation will provide some relief for the state's mobile home park residents. (CPR)
