Hiker Finds Body Near Trail In Boulder County

BOULDER COUNTY, CO — A hiker found the body of a man Sunday near a trail in Boulder County, officials said. No foul play is suspected, according to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.

The man was found dead near the Lost Gulch Overlook Trail off Flagstaff Road. Detectives from the sheriff's office and the Boulder County Coroner's Office were called to investigate, and the hiker told them the location of the body.

Upon initial investigation, the man appears to have taken his own life, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office said.
