BOULDER, CO -- Boulder Police animal control officers did their holiday good deed by pulling a frightened dog an icy ditch Dec. 19. Boulder police posted a video of the animal being pulled from the icy waters of Anderson Ditch on 5th Street by officer Taylor Barnes and Sgt. Nick Smetzer.
