- Leeds Business releases its annual Confidence Index. Colorado businesses are expressing pessimism for the 2022 Q4. The Leeds Business Confidence Index indicates that the negative outlook by the state's business leaders is driven by inflation, interest rates, lingering supply chain issues. (CU Leeds)
- CU Center of the American West's director allegedly "blurred line between work and private life." Patty Limerick, the now former director of CU's Center of the American West, is baffled by the University's decision to fire her from the program she spent decades developing. (CO Sun)
- Fentanyl deaths continue to overwhelm county coroner's offices. The ongoing fatal overdoses across the state have been supercharged by fentanyl and is wreaking havoc up and down the Front Range. The impacts on county medical examiners have been totally missed. (Westword)
- Vail Resorts claims there's more to town's opposition to affordable housing project. The town of Vail has been fighting against a proposed employee housing project by Vail Resorts.
