The Louisville Planning Commission has unanimously recommended the development plan amendment will deliver 38 new residential units across 13 buildings along with 40,000-square-feet of office and retail space. Despite the increases, hospitals across the state are working together to make sure that they are able to adjust for the types of care that is needed.
