BOULDER COUNTY, CO — A man has been arrested after a missing person was found dead in Fourmile Canyon Tuesday, the Boulder County Sheriff's Office said. The body of a 57-year-old Boulder man was found at a home in Camino Bosque, and a homicide investigation is underway.
The 57-year-old was reported missing after he had planned to visit a friend on Sunday, but never arrived. His son grew worried and contacted the sheriff's office Tuesday.
The missing man was hired to work at a home in Camino Bosque, so his son contacted the home's property owner, who went to the home to see if he was there, the sheriff's office said. Upon their arrival, the property owner and her daughter found their garage windows covered in paper and a man who didn't have permission to be there.
