Man Arrested In Connection With Boulder Homicide

BOULDER, CO — A man has been arrested in connection with a homicide in central Boulder, police said.

Zachary Miller, 36, is accused of killing a man over the weekend, according to the Boulder Police Department.

The man was found dead in a park Saturday north of the Dairy Arts Center near Folsom and Walnut, police said. Police arrived around 11:20 a.m., and an investigation was launched.

"The man had what appeared to be substantial injuries," police said in a news release.

"Detectives will be working with the Boulder County Coroner's Office who will identify the male and determine the Cause and Manner of death."

Miller was later found in the same park where the man was found dead, detectives said. Miller was identified as a suspect, and remains in custody at Boulder County Jail.
