Man Found Dead In Boulder County

A body was found in Farmers Ditch in unincorporated Boulder County, authorities said.

BOULDER, CO — City of Boulder staff were inspecting Farmers Ditch when they found a body of a man believed to be in his 50s or 60s, according to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office.

The body was found just before noon Monday on the Boulder-owned property near the 4800 block of N. 26th St.

It appears that the body had been there for some time, making identifying characteristics difficult to determine, the sheriff's office said.

The man's identity and cause of death will be determined by the Boulder County Coroner's Office.
