National Weather Service Forecast For Boulder

More snow is expected to fall throughout Wednesday afternoon and overnight.

BOULDER, CO — Snowfall is expected to continue in Boulder Wednesday afternoon and overnight, according to the National Weather Service. The snow may get heavier after 4 p.m. Wednesday, with a high near 26.

There's a 90 percent chance of precipitation before 11 p.m. tonight, and total snow accumulation of between 1 to 3 inches is possible, weather officials said.

A sunny sky is expected Thursday and Friday, with a high of around 37 on Thursday, which will go up to around 50.

Some clouds will then creep in Saturday, which will see a high of around 51 and a bit of sun. If you're heading south, you could be hit by a storm.

"Another storm system is expected to move over southern Colorado Saturday night and Sunday which will bring a return of light snow to the central mountains and a mix of rain and snow over eastern Colorado," the weather alert read.
