National Weather Service Forecast For Boulder County: Snow, Cold

BOULDER COUNTY, CO — Snow is expected to fall in Boulder County Wednesday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service. Some areas could see up to 7 inches of snow.

The snowfall will occur mainly after 2 p.m., weather officials said. The chance of precipitation is 40 percent Wednesday afternoon.

You can expect a mostly cloudy sky throughout the day, with a high around 36 degrees. Wind will gust up to 7 mph, the agency said.

A low around 15 can be expected Wednesday evening, and the chance of precipitation will increase to 90 percent, according to the National Weather Service.

Then the clouds are expected to part for a sunny sky Thursday, with a high around 37.

You can also expect a sunny sky on Friday with a high around 41 degrees, weather officials said.

Boulder County will also see a mostly sunny sky over the weekend.
