National Weather Service Forecast For Boulder: Snow Monday

BOULDER, CO — Snow is expected to fall in Boulder Monday, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service. Some Boulder areas could see up to 3 inches of snow.

The snowfall will occur mainly after 11 a.m., weather officials said. The chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

You can expect a cloudy sky throughout the day, with a high around 35. Wind could gust up to 16 mph, the agency said.

A low around 22 can be expected Monday evening, and snow is "likely," mainly before 1 a.m. The wind will become calmer, and the chance of precipitation is 60 percent, according to the National Weather Service.

Then the clouds are expected to part for a sunny sky Tuesday, with a high around 40. Tuesday will be breezy, however — wind could gust up to 31 mph.
