- Can Douglas County meet demand for water as it grows by 25 people every day? Thousands of residents rely on underground aquifers for water and the county's providers are scrambling to shift to more sustainable sources before they run dry. (CO Sun)
- With the evacuation alerts lifted, the NCAR Fire is 35 percent contained. No structures have been damaged, but the fire got within 1,000 yards from homes in South Boulder. (CBS4)
- Camping ban approved by Aurora City Council. Much like Denver's version, Aurora's new camping ban will prohibit all urban camping on private and public property within Aurora. Critics say it's criminalizing the homeless. (9News)
- Climber falls in Eldorado State Park, suffers serious injuries. A Longmont climber suffered serious injuries after falling from a route in Eldorado State Park near the Xanadu route on the West Ridge. (FOX31)
- Denver continues to arrest the homeless at DIA. The Denver Police Department indicates they have arrested 19 homeless at Denver International Airport so far this year. (FOX31)
