  4. Boulder releases results of effort to map city's heat islands. NOAA's climate research program is designed to find heat islands in cities. Of those participating in the study, Boulder had the largest difference between the warmest and coolest areas. (9News)
  5. Colder temperatures are on the way for the metro area this week. Snow is falling in Boulder this morning and more is expected by Thursday, as a colder temperatures move into the metro area this week. (KDVR)
