  1. Superior and Louisville residents are on notice to boil water. Household water supplies in Superior and Louisville may be unsafe to drink after the fires that swept through these communities last week. Officials are instructing residents to boil tap water before using it. (CPR)
  2. City of Boulder agrees to pay $95K to a Black man arrested while recording police interaction. Boulder has agreed to pay $95,00o to Sammie Lawrence, who was arrested in 2019 while filming police interacting with unhoused individuals. This is the second settlement related to encounters with people of color by Boulder police from 2019. (Boulder Beat)
  3. Louisville man arrested after threatening firefighters during Marshall Fire. Nearly 2,000 rounds of ammunition were found in the vehicle of man who allegedly threatened Louisville firefighters on the day of the Marshall fire. (FOX31)
  4. Former Boulder Fire Department battalion chief loses his home in Marshall Fire. Retired Boulder firefighter, Gilbert Espinoza, lost his home in Superior after wind-whipped flames tore through his neighborhood on Dec. 30. (7News)
  5. More snow is coming to Boulder on Wednesday. The next storm system, packed with 6-12 inches of the white stuff, is scheduled to arrive Wednesday afternoon in Boulder. (FOX31)
